Triple Elimination Tournament

Actually, I'd call most ABT events "single elimination," meaning that one loss makes a participant ineligible to win the tournament's championship. Some are "double elimination," in which one loss drops a participant to the Losers' Bracket but the participant can still play for the championship if he emerges undefeated from the Losers' Bracket.

Tore, I can't recall any bracketed triple elimination events. The closest I can think of would be the Indy's modified Swiss where three losses (but not two) put one permanently out of the main flight.
