It seems Stick finds this play is so obvious that he didn't bother to roll it out. However, I don't think it is obvious. AtS I just build the 20 point which is HUGE here for 2 reasons: It protects against cubes from the trailer and it makes all the builders on 6 and 8 much less valuable. With the rest of the roll I build my 9 point, trying for a prime.
