1096?? I get 4*36 + 11*25 = 144 + 275 = 419 out of 1296 games, or 32%. Does this change your answer?

It looks really complicated. For example, with this much recube leverage, is it right for Blue to lift the blot if he hasn't redoubled yet?

I think it's close, and I would take a roll.
