In Response To: Clocks in Charlotte (Barry Silliman)

We need to consider the risk of making tournaments take longer if everyone using a clock starts to feel that it is their obligation to use all of their allowed time "because they can". Let's keep in mind that clock controls are intended to be generous and if you are using just about all of your "allowed" time on a regular basis, you are playing painfully slow.
