One comment about time controls

We do have to all realize that Bronstein clock use in BG and ABT events is in its infancy. Maybe in a couple years once everyone is used to clocks we'll decide that 2 min + 10 sec delay time is fine, maybe we'll decide on 2.2 min + 10 sec delay time. Perhaps 1.5 min + 12 sec delay time.

However, I do now feel that we don't need to use 15 seconds delay time even to introduce the masses to clocks.

My guess is that in 2015 ABT time controls will be a bit different than 2/12
