Clocks in Charlotte

MCG "I agree with this. I think clocks allowed (clock preference?) tourneys like Charlotte are a good way of transitioning to mandatory clocks but I'm not sure if it has a significant scheduling advantage."
Neil...clocks "insistable" as we have discussed is my huge desire for ABT events this year and Charlotte went off w/out a hitch due to it. Pekto basically owned the place (other than superdiceKaz who rolled about the best he can recall for 6 matches and was only close to losing his match to MCG)
Petko won the Masters, won the LC and won the doubles !! The masters was last to finish and it ended about 4:47pm when an exhausted Petko took a bad take (3.5% ME cost) in race rather than trail 12-9 Crawford. Does anyone want to venture what time Petko would have been finished had the masters and main/conso/lc not been mostly clocked ? My guess is 6 or 6:30 or that Petko would have had 1 to 2 hours less sleep.
