First of all, Stick has the 3rd roll rollout results posted here and it is a little better to play for a prime with 13/8 than to hit on the ace pt here

I do have the money rollout which has playing D with the 65 instead of K slightly ahead, by .008, after 10k trials. However, this is a money rollout meaning it's done with Jacoby toggled on and even though the score is only 1-0 to 13 both of these factors may have enough of an affect to equalize the plays.
