NC Doubles 44 to play

Doubles are often hard to play. After looking at the position my play would have to be bar/21* 24/20 11/7(2). One is supposed to look for alternatives when considering doubles, and the best I can come up with is to hit two by playing 11/3* instead of 11/7(2). But I think it is too blotty and to premature to hit two here.
