I don't mind hitting with a better board and White's blots, but it is only a 2 pt board. However, I think anchoring is likely best and leads to fewer G's for both sides. After anchoring I slightly prefer 8/4 to 6/2 since I may wish to leave my anchor and hit a fly shot next turn.
