I really like seeing new ideas in formats tried ! Especially since I am hoping to see some changes in some of our ABT formats, such as 100% Swiss and no conso (4 losses and out Swiss), Progressive LC for all "standard formatted events", and some T's that play a bracket of 48 down to 3 players (no early byes waiting around this way) and then do the fair settlement of the "bye" method for the RR...etc etc.

Therefore I like the format of two outta 3 11's and then a 5 pt tie breaker. An idea of the 5 pt tie breaker rather than three 9's is to bring the match to a quicker conclusion and not delay start times and cause big waits for those who win two straight.

However, I HATE seeing the money round of what will be a huge big money event being shorter matches !! From the schedule I can see some time pressure, but why not have the QF's Sunday night ?
