Being crunched to a 5 point board and opponent having that 5 point blocking structure is in the encyclopedia as a borderline take. Given position is much better for you.

Solid take with very low immediate volatility with few big market losers but repeating volatility with Matt staying as solid favorite for next several rolls. This usually indicates the decision to offer the cube will not be a big error either way.
