Are you letting the gammons scare you? You can almost totally ignore them. If you pass you have 23.5%MWC. If you wanted to you could redouble immediately cube to 8 and play for the match. So 23.5% DMP chance is enough to take. You have several ways to win. The blot might not get covered. It may get covered and you roll an ace and you are not that much worse. If neither happens he may not escape.
