Score based rollout also TCTC

It seems that this rollout implies that I shouldn't be oversteering for the match score by splitting...both the $$$ and match score rollouts are TCTC. OTB I built 13/10 but was far from sure.

The score (after 0 games) is: Rod 1, ntk 8 (match to 13 points)
