Double for the match?

No double.
As Bill Riles wrote, gammons allow you to win "safely" with the cube still at 2 and make your doubling window open higher.
Let's suppose you always win if you hit and always lose a single game if you miss :
double : MWC = 55%
no double with 10% gammons wins for you : MWC = (55% -10%) x 75% + 10% x 100% + 45% x 25% = 55%. Borderline ND/D. Each 1% of gammons brings 0.25% of MWC.
With comfortable timing, you have good chances to pick the second checker if you hit the first one and should win much more than 10% gammons for a MWC somewhat higher than 55%.
