"Does this mean you are going to use 'clocks allowed' at your LA tournaments, Pat? "

haven't decided it yet. But I am leaning that way. OPTIONAL works, assuming that enough players have their own clocks, versus CLOCKS MANDATORY when there may not be enough clocks (player's + director's).

I pledge to bring five clocks to your next tournament.
