Rollout if op has 14 men off

But with closed board and spares on the 6, 5, and 4 it seems that a 1/off play is correct, which makes it interesting. I think the basic idea is that 1/off would be a long-winded way to take a checker off a high point and keep a closed board (by remaking the ace). Perhap 3 spares are enough to make this a workable plan and 2 spares are not enough.
