I've always heard it called a Sydney: The roll of 1-6 to escape a prime, usually from the bar and often hitting a blot.

At least according to http://www.bkgm.com/glossary.html#S

Bloody annoying roll unless it's me rolling it. :) Definitely the foremost runner in my mind for defining a joker roll.
