Moi: If I recall correctly most of Kit's Encyclopedia is holding games or some variation.

Toi: Are we talking about the same book? There is a chapter on holding games, but also chapters on races, post-acepoint game hits, backgames, blitzes,.... Could be we are disagreeing on the meaning of 'most'.

Moi: I said I was working from memory, now I find the book and we'll see. Pages 11-50 are some sort of holding game. This is not counting ace point games which I personally would lump in the same category but know technically they don't meet the definition. So pages 1-10 & 51-124 we say isn't holding games.

It's likely that I blocked out pages 89-124 since it's already known/basic information.
