Time warning for digital clocks

We are in EXTREME disagreement here. I was totally unaware of the warning bell but love the idea and think it should be set for something like 30 to 60 seconds. 10 seconds is too short since you are rather screwed if you have only 10 seconds left for a long game or two.

The purpose of clocks is to try to ensure that matches finish in a timely manner.

The purpose of the warning is to alert someone that they may have spaced out and used too much time. Having a warning also may make those with little clock experience more comfortable using them.
