You could still have the same payout structure with (up to) a 32 bracket of $300. $300 with no side is relatively low EF for a masters event but I doubt many would object--in future years, not this year of course.

You could also increase the field to 32 and increase the EF & payout to 4 places, which is somewhat problematic but workable (ex.: EF 500 95% return, 1st 5500, 2nd 3880, 3/4 2910, or whatever). I am not sure what kinds of scheduling issues that would create.
