QF sez don't hit but you might not get another chance, so I'd hit along with 22/18 with the 4. If you don't hit, I count just 9 or 10 (D1?) that force White to leave another direct next time although most leave a handful of indirects. Another QF play would be 9/5 or 13/9 with the 4 but I'd stick with the normal hitting play. Could be wrong though.
