3 contenders in my mind. * & 18, * & 4, or * & 9. i like going to the 18, but if my partner wanted to play one of the other 2, i'd go along. the best play may be determined by cube considerations. * & 4 give white fewer rolls to do much with and he'll probably still take a cube after white enters, while * & 9 might get more passes.
