As far as I know, when PartyGammon launched, they had implemented a hidden device, showing them all applications running on a client machine. This was a measure to prevent cheating.

Not sure if it is still active, considering the loss of the US Market and the downsize of the backgammon business for PartyGaming. Or if they have enough interest and human resources to systematically monitor the "too many winners and perfect players".

As long as there are computers and softwares in between, noone can be 100% safe from cheating.
