Agreed. When it comes to hard facts, there is a certain order in things happening..

1. Flag falls on Player A´s side = Player A loses and enters consolation 2. Player B is given the victory and enters next round of main 3. If player B decides not to play his round against player C for whatever reasons he might have, then player B loses and enters consolation while player C enters next round in the main In case of a progressive consolation, player B will be in the conso bracket 1 round ahead of player A
