20 point.

In general looking at the theme of what is going on here, I think the 5 point here is better than the 20 point because it does two good things - both makes a 5 point and also clears the blot. There is no defensive urgency in this position yet, so while the 20 point is nice, there is plenty of time to deal with defense and the split back checkers stand a good chance of anchoring soon anyway and serve to leave no good place on the board for white to leave blots.

That said, making the 5 point just looks awful as it strips the 8 point while leaving a big stack on the 6 point. So I make the 20 for purely technical reasons.

In keeping with the above, if we could move a checker from the 6 point to the 8 point and remove the technical problems, I'd make the 5 point without hesitation.
