...Daniel. Thanks for that. I wonder if I will ever have the experience to search for such deep reasoning and ask the right questions like you do. Reading almost all of your posts make me think like "I would have never viewed the problem from that angle..."

According to Neil's position, I just play 5/off because it produces the least wastage and lets us play the high doubles most efficiently. Too simple reasoning?!
