Probably true, but unworkable in practice. The guys putting up that kind of money don't want to be rushed... Most of them will play at a reasonable pace anyway... Or they wouldn't be putting up that sort of cash. Or, they are like Nack who only plays if someone else pays, and then he makes all the decisions. The matches don't go an undue amount of time, normally.
