OTB and rollout

Since you are not going to get another checker in this position it is right to make the play that gets you closest to your goal, [a close out], imho, and despite the rollout results.
Close a point and start the last one yeilds the most closeouts the fastest.
If you don't make the ace or the deuce he makes it to the edge 1/3 of the time.
Making the ace takes away aces, starting the deuce initiates the closeout sequence... and any roll that enters has the same "advantage" you note with getting hit on the ace point. It provides another hunter for that checker that entered.
I flat out think this rollout is just plain wrong. Sorry, boys.
7/10 x 4/9= 21/90 immediate closeouts...
vs. what? None?
