Some questions about hedging in tournaments

In Response To: Some questions about hedging in tournaments (David Rockwell)

My basic philosophy is to hedge when it's in your interest to do so and not hedge when it isn't, kind of like other BG decisions like checker plays and cube actions. So I usually don't hedge but sometimes will, take no offense to a hedge offer being refused, and hope no one I play takes offense if I refuse to hedge.
