In Response To: Some questions about hedging in tournaments (David Rockwell)

In Vegas Howard has a hedging form available where both sides can agree on a hedge in writing, witnessed by the tournament staff. This, of course, isn't required, but useful for both players, especially if they don't know each other at all.
