Nothing is particularly tempting here.

24/22 24/21 isn't bad, but white has lots of wood in the zone ready to pounce and an advanced anchor just in case.

Moving the builder down from the 13 really just removes the builder from the bar to put it elsewhere, but the stripped 8 point is not synergizing with it too well. What would make that builder really useful by itself is to have a slotted point to cover, like the 4 point. Noting that aces are already playing quite well elsewhere on the board, that's my plan.
