Hitting and leaving 2 blots with 22 return hits when facing a 5 point board seems like a good way to get off to a 0-4 deficit. Tempting, but no thank you. That being the case, the 4-prime holding that white checker is the best asset. Not giving that up. The 3 point is the best point to make and creates a broken 6-prime for the attack we hope to mount shortly. So by process of elimination:
