Cubeless GWC are not that relevant here. 15% GWC might really be zero if there's no sequence that permits the take of a cube next turn. (I realize that is not actually the case.) So if effectively we win 5% gammons and cash all remaining games, it is a play-on.

I suppose if playing on for 2 points is moot here, taking one point right now would be even more moot.
