I've personally heard you say that you would try to complicate games and a match if your opponent were in serious time trouble in an attempt to have him make rushing mistakes and/or time out. Now, is that in the same 'ethical' spirit of the game that so many seem to be espousing here? If the intent is to only ensure faster, more timely play/matches is it then 'ethical' or 'sporting' to use time management gamesmanship to your advantage?

I personally see no problem with it. However, based on what I'm reading here, I'm sure some of the bleeding hearts think it's cruel and unusual punishment and shouldn't be employed.
