Change in Illinois State Tournament Last Chance

Losers in the consolation go to a second consolation. The second consolation is progressive (as is the first consolation of course). Without going into details, this is essentially what Neil has been advocating here.

I feel that Last Chance is a term properly used for a separate elimination tournament which is traditionally held on the final day. So, I pushed the idea of using a term for this format that distinguishes it from the traditional Last Chance. I felt that would be less confusing and more descriptive. We'll see if I was right about the confusion factor or not. I believe the World Championship uses this terminology.
