24/18 sure looks like it gives White a ton of good rolls. 21/15 at least duplicates something but takes most of the pressure off of White. I'd still go with that because Blue is in pretty bad shape here and IMO should just try to survive the next sequence or two. 13/7 also a possibility and hope White rolls a 6 but if he doesn't roll a 6 it may be time for a new game soon.
