Blue's epc = 19 + 5 = 24
Blue's point of last take (~22% for money) = 3 - 3 = 0

Blue is 2 pips worse than 22%, with each pip being worth ~4, giving him winning chances of around 14%. Take point on a 2-cube at 7a2a = ~16.
