I just work and play live BG now, although I play at least 10 hours on BBO a week and likely spend any dozen there watching.

I won't play bridge in serious live events until I think my skills are close to those of the typical self rated W/C player on BBO and until I am retired so I can play bridge and BG and maybe poker without distractions and time issues.

My bridge isn't good enough yet, although I think that I am probably equal to the average self rated expert on BBO, but this isn't good enough and if one compares to BG T's which have Open, Advanced, and Beginner events, in bridge, I'd play in the Advanced, and think that I have good chances, but wouldn't consider myself a sandbagger...ie I'd expect to be in the top third, but not the top 10%. So.. I have lots of work to do on my bridge, but can do it in my own time and without fucking up my BG, although there's no time for me to go to bridge clubs etc etc.
