The fact that someone has the highest BIBA rating is of absolutely no value when deciding on the caliber of British players. Perhaps the Giants list (with its flaws)has some value though. Being the best British player but only 48 on the Giants list does not say much about the opinion of players in general about British players so it is more than just Bill, Stick, and Barry.

Whether it is correct or not what would you suppose is the reason for this low opinion?
