May I suggest a cardboard "Stick" cutout and a concealed laptop with a pre-recorded lecture triggered to play at 9:45? I realize it will be difficult to pre-record abuse and insults for the attendees since you don't know who will actually be there, but a few choice comments for the audience at large would certainly be appropriate.

Lets face it, you will be clear, articulate and thorough the first time through and if anyone has questions, too bad - they must be idiots and who cares. (Not my opinion, but you can use it if it helps.)
