This nice and basic looking position comes from the excellent "Second Wind" by England's fine author, Chris Bray. I have to admit that I also would'a hit, just like almost everyone else. However, if you play for the prime and the opp doesn't roll one of the 6 hitters or 11 or 22 quickly he's in deep water.

If you hit you may suffer from return hits someplace or a later attack due to now anchor. It is proper to go for the priming game here since the opp's 2 pt is behind your better anchor and therefore you have little chance to lose a battle of primes if you can turn the game into one.
