Blue needs around 26.5% plus a little less than half of White's small gammon chances to take. White's gammons look to be in the 4-5% range, so Blue needs around 29% to take. Looks close but I think Blue's racing/hitting chances are a little over 29%, so I'd take.

This is a pretty simple position for Blue to play which makes it IMHO a clear take if Blue is the weaker player.
