Do you consider slow play to be "inappropriate"

I can appreciate the need for deliberation on difficult plays in critical situations. I cannot appreciate such deliberation on all plays -- even the easy plays in effectively meaningless circumstances.

So, generally, sustained slow play is highly inappropriate.
