I think the directors could be more diligent about players entering multiple events -- and providing numerous side events for players to enter. Perhaps, as is often the case, a player should not be allowed to enter certain side events until they are out of others.

I think it wholly inappropriate for a player, as an example, to play the Championship, the Master, and the Doubles.

I'm not sure what you mean by "poor pairing decisions". Please explain.
