Do you consider slow play to be "inappropriate"

I think it wholly inappropriate for a player, as an example, to play the Championship, the Master, and the Doubles.

Despite the fact that many, if not most, are doing this and have done so in the past? And that tournament schedules are specifically structured in order to allow players to do precisely this?

I can understand not entering doubles if it starts on Sunday like Pat's tournament. In the other 99% of events it doesn't and I don't see why Open/Masters/Doubles would be inappropriate.
