Do you consider slow play to be "inappropriate"

In Response To: Do you consider slow play to be "inappropriate" (Bob Koca)

No punishment to me but in general the move to clocks is driven by the 10% that play slow often. The arguements that it improves mechanics, ie eliminates premature rolls, etc also is a smallish minority of players that cause problems as well.
