Stick..."The last time I played Neil (sorry, I'll out us both) he made a .6 cube blunder very late in the match and earlier in the match he made another cube double blunder which I promptly learned him good by passing and making a .6 blunder myself."
Neil...when I said that I played like shit on Saturday in Charlotte and got very very lucky I meant it. It is easy to end up with large emg errors in lopsided matches when it comes to ME oriented cube decisions. I recall my huge cube blunder was simply a slight misscalculation of my chances to get my last blot home (hint to dipshit..when you have almost 15 min left on clock, use more time when your radar alarm system says you may be blowing the match) combined with a large underestimate of your chances to contain said blot if hit which results in me thinking I was only G'd on the resultant auto 4 cube about 1.5% (means tons) than actual. I also recall you telling me that you felt that I had a proper cube, but you may have been fucking with me :)...anyhow... OTB I did all the math properly since it is rather simple since you have an autorecube to 4 as I need only 2 pts. Part of the cause of my error was that my initial look at the position had me really doubting if it was a proper take for you. After the math I figured that you probably had a take, and while my Big Fuckup Alert Radar was going off, I ignored it and cubed anyhow, when I should have stopped and taken a longer look at the situation.
Neil.. that other cube error..wasn't that a bearoff either a race or I had to get past one anchor? There I think we both underestimated your winning chances. OTB I felt I probably had a proper cube, but was happy when you passed but had no idea your pass was a .6 error.
Hmm..we need puking smilies at this forum ... neilkaz ...
