This might seem like it is true, but it isn't the case!

Well healed players who realize they are not the most skillful players take their shot sometimes. If you lost to Petko or Bob Glass in the round of 32, you don't draw them first round of 16.

You may also draw the upset winner in the round of 16, a player who should NOT have beaten Richard Munitz, but did anyway! You are never upset in the round of 32 yourself, period.
