looks like a cash for $, but -3 to -5 he can simply redouble and play for the match here. since a 4 cube wastes a point when it works it really bites when it doesn't. -5 crawford is 5:1 dog and white probably is a 4:1 dog if he plays, so looks like nd take for me.
