I said the play seemed reflexive, not that I would have made the move in 3 seconds. I'm sure if I didn't have a pip count I would have counted out of habit (which took ~5 seconds tops, I just did it) then I would have given some consideration to the other plays quickly eliminating 16/13 because it makes his worst racing number a hitter with no duplication bonus. After you see you can't hold it it's only a matter of time before you move it. I would have taken my time at DMP because I'd surely have plenty of time left on my clock but I am saying my time would have been a huge fraction of what was used by Steve here. His game is more leisurely to begin with, not a bad thing, only how he plays.

If I had no delay time on my clock I would hope that instinctively I would have made the right play.
